Nellmar Dental Laboratory, a crown and bridge laboratory, was founded by Sara Kazan in 2002, after 20 years of experience as a dental technician. At Nellmar, we specialize in all-ceramic restorations and implants. We also continue support our customers' needs for FGCs as required.
Our staff of five technicians create lifelike, precision restorations that are functional, superior in quality, and esthetically pleasing. Our technicians and our office manager provide clear, timely communication throughout the fabrication process and the highest level of customer service in the industry.
At Nellmar, we believe that ongoing staff education is key to staying on top in our industry. While very few dental laboratories, large or small, employ certified technicians, most of Nellmar's technicians are certified, providing our dentists with the highest quality and integrity in their work. We host continuing education (CE) seminars in our lab, and we fund outside training offered by industry experts as two means of keeping our team up to date on the latest technological advances in restorative dentistry. We also periodically host CE events for clinicians in our laboratory, allowing our customers to add to their knowledge base and build on their relationships with our team.
Nellmar serves dental practices nationwide, with a particular focus on dental practices in Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Dexter, Saline, Ypsilanti, metropolitan Detroit, and much of southeast Michigan. We are particularly committed to local dentists, and we are a proud member of Think Local First of Washtenaw County.
We invite dentists whose practices are located nearby to take advantage of our in-lab patient services such as shade consultation, custom staining, and treatment planning. We also invite our local dentists to arrange educational sessions at our laboratory for their staff members to become more familiar with the process of indirect restorations and to work closely with our technicians.
For dental practices outside of the Ann Arbor area, we also offer diagnostic treatment planning services, and we have many effective methods for communicating and coordinating with both our local and our out-of-town customers, including emailing digital images to ensure accurate shading and anatomical contour. Our customer service in this regard is unparalleled. We do the work right – the first time – and our dentists know what is happening every step of the way.
We are pleased to announce that, in 2012, we acquired cutting edge, state-of-the-art CAD/CAM equipment, thereby enabling us to produce the highest quality results efficiently and with unparalleled precision and accuracy. CAD/CAM crowns and bridges are very precise and, because we have this technology in-house, we are able to fill orders in a very timely manner. We invite our customers to call us to arrange a visit to see how our technicians apply this cutting-edge technology in their craft.
With over 100 years of combined dental technology experience, our collective commitment to quality, our comfortable, healthy working environment, and our love of the creative process, we are confident your patients will receive the best restorative dentistry has to offer through our collaboration with your practice.
