*Our holiday schedule will be the following:

  • Thursday, November 22 and Friday, November 23 – Closed
  • Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25 – Closed
  • Monday, December 31 and Tuesday, January 1 – Closed

If you haven't already, please let us know your holiday schedule.

*December is a busy month.  When scheduling due dates be mindful of production days needed in the lab.  Please utilize our scheduling calendar.  If you have rush cases, please call to discuss the dates.  Rush cases may be subject to a 20% rush fee.

*We have appointment cards to give to your patients for shade consultations.  We would be happy to send some to you.

*For all implant cases, allow 15 working days in the lab.  Please remember to write the brand, size and type of implant or abutment on the Rx.

*Just a reminder to return the metal articulators and crown boxes after your case is complete.  If your office is in need of supplies (UPS labels/sleeves, shipping boxes/bags, Rx pads or prep/cement guidelines), please let us know by 1) Calling us 2) Sending a note with a case or 3) Emailing Wendy at wendy.romans@nellmarlab.com.  We will happily get them out to your office.

Local Scheduling Calendar UPS Scheduling Calendar

*Our new website is live.   Check out all the before and after photos for the multiple products we offer.  You can also download prescriptions from the home page.  A new feature is the newsletter, which can now be found on our website.  On that page, you can also download the scheduling calendars.

*Hopefully you received the letter that our removable department has closed.  This decision did not come without much thought and consideration.  We thank you for the removable work you may have sent us.  On a positive note, our crown and bridge department continues to grow.

*Helpful hint of the month: If you are emailing photos, please send them to nellmarlab@yahoo.com and include the patient(s) name in the subject line.

*For our local offices, we wanted to let you know that our delivery person, Justin, is working full-time in the lab now.  Our new driver begins October 15th.  His name is James.  If you could assist him in the beginning, it would be greatly appreciated.  John T. is filling in until October 12th.

*For all implant cases with custom abutments we need at least 3 weeks in the lab.  Please remember to write the type of implant on the Rx.
